Client care & compliance
Clear communication, careful handling of your information and proper professional conduct underpin every matter we accept.
Clear standards for looking after our clients and their interests.
Raising a concern
If anything about our service causes concern, tell the lawyer responsible for your matter or contact the office directly. The supervising partner will review it, and we will acknowledge your concern within two business hours in line with our response promise. We will explain the next steps and keep you updated if the review requires more time. You may also escalate a complaint to the Government of Dubai — Legal Affairs Department.
Client onboarding & anti-money-laundering
As a UAE legal practice, we verify the identity of clients and, where applicable, beneficial owners and source of funds before accepting instructions. UAE law firms are designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs) under Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and must meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Requests for identification, corporate records or evidence of source of funds are therefore a standard part of professional onboarding; they protect you, the firm and the integrity of the matter.
Confidentiality
Protecting client information is an absolute professional duty. We limit access to those working on the matter, use information only for the purpose of the representation, and handle every communication and document with appropriate care throughout and after the engagement.
