Head of Litigation Department
Ahmed Saber
Legal consultant and arbitrator, specialising in corporate and real-estate law, with close to 30 years of legal experience, more than 20 of them in the United Arab Emirates. Over his career he has handled a wide range of litigation and compensation matters, commercial cases, corporate law, real estate, banking cases and arbitration, and he spent eight years as a legal consultant at Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla.
He holds a master's degree in civil law with distinction and is currently pursuing a doctorate in corporate law. He is an accredited legal trainer and lecturer with the Legal Affairs Department in Dubai.
