Fraudsters sometimes use the names of established law firms. Here is how to be sure you are dealing with us.
If a message feels off, it probably is.
Like many reputable firms, we have become aware that fraudsters occasionally use a law firm’s name, logo or a lawyer’s identity to make a scam look legitimate — by email, phone, WhatsApp, social media or fake job offers. These communications do not come from us. This page explains how to tell a genuine message from us apart from a fraudulent one.
- Ask you to pay fees, fines or “deposits” into a personal bank account, by cryptocurrency, gift cards or money-transfer services.
- Tell you that you have won money, an inheritance or a settlement that you never pursued, and ask for a payment to release it.
- Offer you a job that requires you to pay for training, visas, equipment or a “security deposit” up front.
- Contact you from a free webmail address (gmail, outlook, hotmail and the like) claiming to be the firm.
- Pressure you to act within minutes, or ask you to keep the matter secret from your bank or the police.

Do not pay anything or share personal or banking details. Keep the message, and contact us directly on the details above so we can confirm whether it is genuine. In the UAE, you can also report online fraud to the police through the Dubai Police eCrime platform or by calling 901. If money has already left your account, tell your bank immediately.
