Biography
Yasser Saleh Abd El Meguied Hassan studied law at the Faculty of Law, University of Alexandria, graduated in 1989. He worked as a lawyer since his graduation until now.
He received many training courses inside Egypt on international arbitration, forgery and forgery research, and public funds crimes. He also received several training courses in Paris, France, on the management of small and Medium enterprises, he established a company in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from 2009 until 2019 to work with banks in the field of collection, and he also founded the Egyptian International Firm for Legal Consultations and Financial Collection, for a period of more than twenty years, during which he managed to increase the number of the company’s branches to eight branches in Cairo and major governorates working for banks And the financial institutions affiliated to the Consumer Finance Law.
He is also a member of the Inter Legal network, which is based in Switzerland, and it is one of the largest legal institutions that include a distinguished group of elite lawyers in the world through which it practices work on common international issues.
He was chosen to be one of the Board of Directors of Misr Finance, one of the subsidiaries of Misr Insurance Holding Company, and one of the most important financial leasing and factoring companies in Egypt.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ma’ak Company for Micro Finance.
