Biography
- Working efficiently along several work streams and various subject matters in both contract as well as litigation projects.
- Handling a wide range of legal matters, including different types of litigation (civil cases, Real Estate, Rental disputes, labour disputes, Family law & personal status) and regulatory investigations.
- Reviewing and drafting (in English and Arabic) a full range of contracts, including but not limited to corporate and commercial contracts like memorandam of association professional service agreements, NDA ..etc (translating when necessary board resolutions and AGM minutes accurately)
- Managing litigation processes confidently with limited supervision and have a sound understanding and awareness of litigation processes and the application of civil procedure rules; -Following up and taking essential action on large volumes of litigation case; supporting senior Lawyers in summarizing and translating the cases’ files and documents.
- Assisting in legal research and factual investigations, drafting of pleadings and submissions, interviewing clients to investigate and establish pertinent case details, taking witness statements, summarizing notes of depositions, liaising with experts and attending hearings
- Collaborating with multiple government authorities such as Courts, JAFZA, DLD, DED, DIFC and DMCC, and top-tier international firms. -Handling execution cases.
- Drafting legal notices.
