Biography
Mr. AlSayed Mustafa Attia graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1992 and has been a registered lawyer with the Egyptian Bar Association since 1993, amassing over 31 years of experience in the field. He is licensed to plead before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt. Initially, he practiced law for 12 years under the guidance of Dr. Kamal Anwar, the former president of the Court of Cassation, before establishing his own practice in Egypt. In addition to his domestic practice, Mr. AlSayed Mustafa has served as a legal advisor in the United Arab Emirates since 2003. He held positions at Dr. Ibrahim Al Mulla's law office from 2003 to 2005 and later at the Matroushi and Al Taniji law office until 2015. Subsequently, he worked at Aisha Al Taniji's law office from 2015 to 2023 before joining Amira Saqr's law office for legal consultancy.
He possesses practical experience in handling a wide range of legal matters including civil, commercial, criminal, real estate, banking, corporate, bankruptcy, and arbitration cases, all conducted in Arabic. Renowned for his exceptional negotiation skills, he specializes in achieving favorable settlements for clients involved in international arbitration cases. His clientele includes prestigious global companies such as Merrill Lynch and Guardian. Furthermore, he is adept at drafting contracts and pleadings, providing defense in court proceedings, and engaging in live television interviews. He proficiently addresses journalists' legal inquiries in newspapers pertaining to the cases under discussion.
