Biography
Legal consultant in the UAE since 2009 until now, technical director of many law firms and corporations and a special legal consultant to several businessmen in the UAE. He is a specialist in civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, corporate business, banks, investment bodies, capital market, company incorporation, drafting contracts and commercial agreements, personal status and criminal disputes. He is a lawyer in the Arab Republic of Egypt before all instances of litigation and other judicial authorities from 1993 until now. He is registered to plead before the Egyptian Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court - a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.
