Biography
Hazem is a highly skilled Legal Consultant, with eight years’ experience in UAE following his expertise Egypt, Hazem has extensive experience in both Arbitration and Litigation.
Hazem is well practiced in matters relating to Civil and Commercial disputes, Criminal Cases, Construction, Property and Real Estate, Labour and Administrative Laws and related disputes. His area of expertise includes litigations before the Courts and also Arbitration Tribunals.Hazem has experience in drafting sale and purchase agreement and other commercial agreements including but not limited to Acquisition, merging ……etc.
Hazem graduated from Alexandria University holding a bachelor’s degree in law. He also holds a postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Law, from Alexandria University, Hazem is a member of the Egypt Bar Association since 2008.
