Biography
He is a lawyer and legal consultant with more than 22 years of experience in civil, commercial, labour, personal and criminal cases. He began his career in Egypt as a lawyer in two prestigious legal. Then he moved to work in the UAE since 2006, he handled with thousands of cases of all type in the various emirates of the country.
- Providing legal consultations and pleading in real estate, civil, corporate, commercial, labour, personal and criminal cases in both Arabic and English. In addition, he worked in cooperation with one of the English legal consultancy firms in the country, Davidson & Co Legal Consultants, in Dubai for about two years.
- Drafting all types of cases, pleadings, memorandums and defence, drafting corporate and real estate contracts, civil, commercial, labour and rental contracts, memorandum of understanding, reviewing reservation forms, real estate contracts and public and private POA.
- He has good experience in Dubai rental law and its amendments and he handled with several rental disputes in Dubai with excellent results.
- He worked with the Arab Lawyers Firm in Dubai and Sharjah for more than five years, then he worked with Rayan Law Firm for more than eight years, two years in cooperation with Davidson & Co Legal Consultants in Dubai. finally, he joined to work with Amira Saqer Advocates & Legal Consultants Firm.
- He holds a diploma in Islamic law from Ain Shams University in his master’s degree after holding his bachelor's degree in law, 2000.
- He is registered as a law consultant in UAE since 2012.
- He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2001. - He is registered as an appellate lawyer since 2009 and has the right to be registered as a cassation lawyer
