Biography

He has an experience for 26 years in law in Egypt.

- He holds a master's degree in law from Cairo University, PhD researcher in the Department of Philosophy and History of Law.

- Ayman has law experience in the field of litigation, civil and real estate cases, banks, arbitration, drafting and reviewing legislation and labor law.

- He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and a lawyer pleading before the Courts of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative and Supreme Constitutional Courts and the Supreme Military Court of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

- He is member of the Arab International Organization for the Arab Lawyers Union, the Egyptian Society of International Law and the Egyptian Society of Criminal Law.

- Ayman is a researcher whose books have been awarded the top positions at the level of the General Bar Association of Egypt and several research were published in his name in law journal of the public Bar Association of Egypt, his publications include:

1-Transformation from the “central or totalitarian” socialist system to the capitalist system, titled “Privatization is a choice or an imposition.”

2- Legitimacy and organization of the strike titled the strike in the labor law and the Egyptian criminal law, a comparative study with the French law.

3- Separation legitimately and legally and the permissibility applicable to Christians.

4- The report of the Commission of German Judge Detlef Meles on the killing of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and the extent of the report's compatibility with the rules of legal investigation.

5- International human rights rules and the extent of applying it before the Egyptian national judiciary.
