Law No. (13) of 2011 complies with regulating the benefits of economic activities in the Emirate of Dubai

This law aims to achieve the following:

1 – Regulating the practice of economic activities in the emirate, and creating an environment conducive to investment in its various economic fields.

2- Creating a single window through which coordination can take place between the competent authorities, to fulfill the requirements for licensing the practice of economic activities in the emirate.

3- Creating the ideal environment for doing business in the emirate and raising its economic growth rates.

4- Working to develop the economic environment in the emirate, by relying on the accuracy and transparency of information and providing it using the latest modern technologies, enabling various establishments to benefit from it.

5 – Contributing to marketing and promotional plans, spreading economic and investment awareness, and identifying investment opportunities available in the emirate.
